Rates shown are starting prices. Live rates from UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Delivery Time
Processing: every order ships within 1–5 business days
Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days after shipping
Other Canadian provinces: 2–5 business days after shipping
United States: 3–7 business days after shipping
Remote/northern addresses: may take up to 8 business days after shipping
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Most carriers update tracking within 24 hours of pickup.
Carrier Choice
We use UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The system automatically selects the fastest reliable option for your destination. PO Box and northern addresses are routed to Canada Post.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email info@brandswarehouse.com with your order number, and we'll open a carrier trace. We cover replacement on carrier-lost shipments.
Refused / Returned Packages
Refused packages or packages returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense ($8.95 re-shipping fee). If you'd prefer a refund instead, original shipping is non-refundable.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States and most international destinations. Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
