FREE Shipping on Orders Over $75 CAD

We ship every order from our Oakville warehouse at 2150 Winston Park Drive, Unit 203
Oakville, ON L6H 5V1, Canada. Orders placed before 12 p.m. ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after ship the next business day.

Live rates from UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery Time

Ontario: 1–3 business days
Other Canadian provinces: 2–5 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
Remote / northern addresses: may take 5–10 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Most carriers update tracking within 24 hours of pickup.

Carrier Choice

We use UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The system automatically selects the fastest reliable option for your destination. PO Box and northern addresses are routed to Canada Post.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email support@brandswarehouse.ca with your order number and we'll open a carrier trace. We cover replacement on carrier-lost shipments.

Refused / Returned Packages

Refused packages or packages returned due to incorrect address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense ($8.95 re-shipping fee). To request a refund instead, original shipping is non-refundable.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and most international destinations. Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
