All inventory ships from our Oakville, Ontario warehouse with 1-3 business-day delivery to most Canadian addresses.

How to apply

1. Email us at info@brandswarehouse.com with your business name, address, and rough monthly volume.
2. We respond within 1-2 business days with a wholesale application form (1 page).
3. You return the form with your business registration, GST/HST number, and shipping address.
4. We approve within 3 business days and send you the password to our wholesale portal.
5. Place your first order from the portal. Most first orders ship within 2 business days of payment.

Dropship program details

Our dropship program is designed for online retailers, boutique e-commerce shops, and Amazon/eBay sellers who want to offer authentic fragrance without holding inventory.

• You list products on your own storefront at any price you choose
• Customer places order with you, you pay us wholesale
• We ship directly to your customer with your branded packing slip (optional)
• You keep the margin between wholesale and retail
• Average per-order margin: $15-50 CAD depending on product
• Live inventory CSV updated every 30 minutes, so you never sell stock we don't have

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum order to qualify for wholesale?

$2,500 CAD for standard wholesale (30-40% off retail). $1,000 CAD for one-time corporate gifting orders. $500 monthly minimum for dropship after the first order.

Do you carry our brand on Amazon/Walmart?

We do not currently sell on Amazon or Walmart — we're an authorized brand distributor for retailers. We're expanding to Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Canada in 2026-2027.

Do you offer private label or white label?

Not at this time. We carry brand-name, authentic fragrance only.

What about international wholesale?

We currently focus on Canadian and US wholesale. For other international markets, please email Info@brandswarehouse.com, and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

How fast do you ship wholesale orders?

Same-day if ordered before 12pm ET. Next business day if ordered after. From our Oakville warehouse to most Canadian addresses in 1-3 business days, US in 3-7.

Do you offer credit / Net-30 terms?

Yes, after 3 paid orders on prepayment, we offer Net-30 terms subject to credit approval. Email wholesale@brandswarehouse.ca to apply.
