Every fragrance we sell at Brands Warehouse is 100% authentic and brand-new in its original packaging. We do not — and will never — sell replicas, dupes, or unauthorized refills.
How We Guarantee It
- Authorized distributor sourcing. We buy directly from authorized fragrance distributors and brand wholesalers in Canada, the EU, the US, and the UAE.
- Batch code traceability. Every bottle has a batch code matching the manufacturer's records. Verify any code at checkfresh.com.
- Sealed cellophane. Unless explicitly listed as "unboxed" or "tester," every bottle ships sealed in its factory cellophane.
- Tester & preowned products are clearly labeled. If a listing says "Tester," "Preowned," "Damaged Packaging," or "Unboxed," the product is exactly what's described — same juice, different packaging.
If You Have Any Doubt
If you suspect a bottle you received isn't authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@brandswarehouse.ca with your order number and photos of:
- The outer packaging and cellophane (if applicable)
- The batch code stamped on the box and bottle
- The bottle itself, including the spray nozzle and cap
We will investigate within 2 business days and, if there's any question about authenticity, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
