Brands Warehouse Inc. is an independent Canadian online perfume retailer based in Oakville, Ontario. We carry over 3,000 authentic designer, niche, and Arabian fragrances at warehouse prices, sourced exclusively from authorized brand distributors. Ships across Canada and the United States from our 2150 Winston Park Drive warehouse in Oakville, Ontario.

What we stand for

The perfume industry runs on layers of distribution — each layer adds markup. Department stores carry maybe 50 fragrances at full retail. Specialty shops carry a few hundred at 10-20% off. We sit at the warehouse layer: thousands of bottles, sourced direct from authorized brand distributors, sold at warehouse prices Canadians can actually afford.

Three commitments shape everything we do:

  • Authenticity guaranteed. Every bottle traces back to an authorized brand distributor. We do not sell counterfeits, "dupes," or grey-market product with damaged formulas. If you ever receive a product you believe is not authentic, return it for a full refund — our Authenticity Promise.
  • Fair Canadian prices. No celebrity-endorsement markup. No flagship-boutique rent. Just warehouse-tier pricing, available to Canadians and shipped from Canada.
  • Honest about everything. Tester bottles are clearly labeled. Sales are real sales, not inflated-then-discounted theater. If something is wrong, we fix it.

How we ship

Orders placed before noon ET ship the same day from our Oakville warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post (whichever is fastest for your destination). Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $75 CAD. Most GTA addresses receive their order within 1-3 business days.

Returns & customer service

30-day return policy on unopened bottles in original packaging. Tester or unboxed items — sold at a discount because the packaging is non-standard — are final sale. Customer service is available by email at support@brandswarehouse.ca, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET.
