30-Day Returns on Unopened Bottles
You can return any unopened bottle in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
What's Returnable
- Unopened fragrance bottles with intact cellophane and original packaging
- Sealed gift sets (no removed inserts)
- Unused accessories
What's NOT Returnable
- Opened bottles — for hygiene and safety reasons
- Tester / unboxed / damaged-packaging / preowned items (sold at reduced prices reflecting their condition)
- Sale items marked "final sale"
- Skincare, haircare, and makeup products
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Email support@brandswarehouse.ca within 30 days of receipt with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- You'll receive an RMA number and return instructions within 1 business day.
- Ship the item back at your cost using a tracked method. We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2–3 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping is not refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brandswarehouse.ca with photos. We will cover return shipping and replace or refund at your choice.
EU Customers
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period in addition to our standard return policy.
