Every fragrance sold by Brands Warehouse is sourced from authorized brand distributors. Every batch code is verifiable. Every refund is honored if something arrives that we cannot prove is authentic.
Our 5-point Authenticity Promise
1. Authorized distribution only
Every brand we carry — from Lattafa to Calvin Klein to Versace — is sourced through an authorized regional distributor. We do not buy grey-market products, parallel imports without documentation, or any inventory whose provenance we cannot trace back to the original manufacturer.
2. Sealed and intact
Every full-price item ships with original manufacturer packaging: outer box, cellophane wrap, factory seals. Items sold as "Tester," "Unboxed," or "Damaged Packaging" are clearly labelled separately, sold at 20-40% discount, and disclosed in the product title — these are still real fragrance, just with non-retail packaging.
3. Verifiable batch codes
Every bottle carries a manufacturer batch code on the bottle base and a matching code on the box. You can verify any code at checkfresh.com or checkcosmetic.net to confirm production date and validity. Mismatched codes between bottle and box are the #1 indicator of counterfeit — if you ever see one in your order from us, return it.
4. Full refund if you have any doubts
If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, contact us at support@brandswarehouse.com within 30 days. We will refund the full purchase price including original shipping. We do not require proof or accusations — your doubt is reason enough to return.
5. Transparent about how we work
We do not claim to be an authorized retailer for every brand we carry — only the authorized distributors hold that designation. We are an authorized reseller who buys from authorized distributors. This is the standard model for most large fragrance retailers, including Hudson's Bay, Sephora, and Shoppers Drug Mart. We are transparent about this so you know exactly what you're getting.
How to verify your purchase
- Compare batch codes. Find the alphanumeric code stamped on the bottle base. It must match the code on the box. Decode it at checkfresh.com.
- Inspect the cellophane. Original wrap is tight and seamless with a small barcode dot. Fakes are baggy with visible glue.
- Check the bottle. Authentic designer bottles are heavy, lead-crystal-clear, with a sharp cap fit. Fakes are lightweight with crooked caps.
- Smell the development. Real fragrance evolves through top, heart, and base notes over 2-6 hours. Fakes smell linear after 30 minutes.
- Test the longevity. An authentic EDP lasts 6-10 hours. If a Dior Sauvage EDP fades in 90 minutes, return it.

What we won't sell
- Counterfeits or knock-offs of any kind.
- "Dupe" or "impression" fragrances marketed as copies of name brands (Arabian houses like Lattafa, Afnan, and Armaf are NOT dupes — they are original formulations from independent UAE perfume houses, and we sell them as their own brand).
- Repackaged, refilled, or diluted product.
- Out-of-date inventory we believe, has expired.
What about Arabian "Sauvage alternatives" and "Aventus dupes"?
Brands like Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf, and Rasasi produce original fragrances inspired by famous designer scents. These are NOT counterfeits — they are legal, IFRA-compliant, fully-original formulations made by independent UAE perfume houses. They are sold under their own brand names with their own batch codes. Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man is an Armaf product, not a fake Creed Aventus. We carry the full Arabian niche lineup with this clear understanding.
